A short ten-minute stroll north takes you through the charming, historic streets of Battery Point, where you can stop at the local favourite Jackman & McRoss for a famous salmon bagel before arriving at the iconic Salamanca Markets, the bustling waterfront, and the Mona ferry terminal. Heading just one kilometre down the hill in the other direction leads you into the vibrant heart of Sandy Bay, complete with supermarkets, boutique shopping, local cafes, the Sandy Bay Yacht Club, and a popular dog beach.
